Cottage Cheese Pizza

Pizza does not have to be your traditonal mozzarella and pepperoni. Why not try to add a little cottage cheese as a topping? The benefit of cottage cheese is that it is one of the lower calorie cheese varieties. This means that you will likely save on calories if you sustitute it for a higher calorie cheese. The ingredients attached to the video description are as follows:

- Pizza cheese 200 g - 150g sour cream - 1 cup flour - 1 baking powder - 1 jar of canned mushrooms - Sausage 300 gr - 4-5 pieces of fresh tomatoes - Tomato sauce 2 tablespoons - Salt, pepper - 2 cloves garlic - 1 onion - 1 tablespoon sugar - Cottage cheese 200g
